The Tropical Island in Brand is the first destination in Europe that offers a unique tropical experience with constant 25° Celsius, white sand, blue lagoon, South Seas impressions and a show program. The tropical landscape arose in the largest self-supporting hall of the world.
The sound of animals who live in the jungle, a path through the rainforest, bridges in the mangroves are only some attractions the guests can experience. A viewpoint offers the best panorama over the park.

Visit the Wilderness Park Johannismühle directly at road B 96 between Baruth and Golßen. You find an area of 100 hectares, consisting of unique countryside of meadows, wood and ponds. | Windmill „Dutchman“ in Straupitz |

The windmill in Straupitz was built in 1810 and combines three mills such as a grain mill, an oil mill and a saw mill. In 1994 the restoration of the highly dilapidated mill started. This restoration took 8 years and costs approx. 1.2 million euros.

The F 60 in Lichterfelde is the last one of five bridges which have been used from March 1991 to June 1992. The bridge is 502 metres long (182 metres longer than the Eiffel Tower), 240 metres in width and 80 metres high.

A visit of the hills of Krausnick is a year-round pleasure. The highest elevation named Wehlaberg has 144 metres altitude. You have a marvellous panorama view from the 28 m high look-out.

The construction began in May 1828. Four years later the church opened in August 1832. The inside of the church turns out simple. Five paintings of the Dresden artist Matthäu as well as the impressive coffered dome are fundamental decorations.
